Les indications figurant au catalogue sont établies
par Millon Bruxelles et les Experts, sous réserve des
rectifications, notifications et déclarations annoncées
au moment de la présentation du lot et portées au
procès-verbal de la vente.
Les dimensions, couleurs des reproductions et
informations sur l’état de l’objet sont fournies à titre
indicatif. Cela signifie que tous les lots sont vendus
dans l’état où ils se trouvent au moment précis de
leur adjudication avec leurs possible défauts et
imperfections.
Aucune réclamation ne sera admise une fois
l’adjudication prononcée, une exposition préalable
ayant permis aux acquéreurs l’examen des oeuvres
présentées.
FRAIS A LA CHARGE DE L’ACHETEUR
L’acheteur paiera à Millon & Associés, en sus du prix
d’adjudication ou prix au marteau, une commission
d’adjudication de:

Le règlement pourra être effectué comme suit: en

Descriptions appearing in the catalogue are provided
by Millon Bruxelles and the Sale Experts and are
subject to corrections, notifications and declarations
made at the moment the lot is presented and noted in
the record of the sale.
Dimensions, colors in reproductions and information
on the condition of an object are given for information
purposes only. All information relating to incidents,
accidents, restoration and conservation measures
relating to a lot is given, to facilitate inspection by
the potential buyer and remains completely open to
interpretation by the latter.
This means that all lots are sold as seen at the
moment the hammer falls, with any possible faults
and imperfections.
No claims will be accepted after the hammer has
fallen, a pre-sale showing having provided potential
buyers with an opportunity to examine the works
